Filles du président fondateur, André Boivin, elles ont grandi au sein de l'entreprise et en connaissent chaque facette. Après avoir occupé différents rôles dans les opérations pendant plusieurs années, elles assurent aujourd'hui la direction de l'entreprise avec une vision ambitieuse: faire de Le Subtil une bannière de référence dans la restauration rapide santé au Québec.
