Since 2017, Le Subtil has grown and evolved considerably under their leadership. Daughters of founder André Boivin, they grew up in the business and know it from every angle. After spending several years in operational roles, they now lead the company with an ambitious vision: to make Le Subtil a leading healthy quick-service brand in Quebec.
Knowing that a successful franchise network needs a strong foundation, they have transformed the organization from top to bottom. Processes, technology, branding, menu development, support structures, management tools, training and guidance have all been rethought to create a strong, repeatable model built for a growing franchise network.
